PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA VLADIMIR PUTIN HAS BEEN SWORN IN TO OFFICE EARLIER TODAY AND FOR THE FOURTH TERM AS PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA.

President of Russia Vladimir Putin has been sworn in to office earlier today, specifically on May 7th in the Year two thousand and eighteen and for the fourth term as President of Russia. The dual ceremonies that have been dedicated in acknowledgment of Russia's President inauguration day in to office began with the first ceremonial Presidential gun salute held at Kremlin which later in the day has been accompanied by the remarkable walk of the President of Russia on what has been described as the corridor of power at St. Petersburg and in one of the World's most powerful nations which certainly has been the expanding Russian Federation. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin reaffirmed the Russian citizens and the people of this World during his inauguration speech held in Kremlin and St. Petersburg about his position as President in the country he would like to preside upon and emphasized his speech on the priorities he would Like to execute during his fourth term in office as the President of the country he has referred to in his speech as the greater nation. The priorities mentioned earlier today by the President of Russia entailed his plan to upgrade the standard of living of the ordinary and struggling hard working citizens of Russia during the next six years of his fourth term in office as the President of Russia. Security and defense of Russia have been mentioned as the top concern of the President during his inauguration ceremony. Besides, the current strained relationship of Russia with the USA and the West, due to various reasons that entailed the current extended sanction against Russia by the USA and the European Union countries on the proven and less proven claims of Russia occupation of the Island of Krim in the Crimea region with the intended and frequent launch of long range ballistic missiles against Berlin and other projected European cities with the East European countries on the farthest East to Russia's mostly marked Western borders. However, Russia's gradual and eventual Democratization has been generally described as fledgling, despite the recent progress attained by the Russian Parliament the Duma which has discussed wide range significant issues with regard to Democratization and citizens freedom in addition to frequent Opposition and citizens civil demonstrations against the government of Russia which the government of Russia has tolerated, despite its alternative power in the Doctrines that have indicated as specifically hostile to citizens protest and rebellion in the capital city Moscow and other major cities within the Russian Federation.
