USA PRESIDENT FIRST CONGRESSIONAL RECORD DEBATE SINCE THE TRANSITION OF POWER IN THE USA LATE LAST MONTH HAS GAINED THE ATTENTION OF DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL MEDIA IN THE USA AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

       USA President Donald Trump attended the first record Congressional debate he has been expected to conclude Yesterday and today at Washington DC in his less predictable ways, than the formal traditional ways of the Republican Political Party since the transition of power in the USA late month and specifically on Friday in the month of January the twenty sixth in the Year two thousand and seventeen with the President elect Donald Trump as the President of the United States of America and Commander in Chief of the USA Army Forces. The Congressional debate attended by the President has been generally described as the first of its type that has gained both the domestic and International media attention in the extended media coverage at home in Washington DC and in the foreign countries, specially in the European Union countries that have repeatedly expressed doubt and fear about the USA current administration . Besides the current media criticism of USA first Congressional record debate as the first of type with no committee, or sub-committee meetings prior during and after the first Congressional meeting of the USA President who focused his speech on the two main significant issues of finance and defense with emphasis on the President's statement for defense budget increase by ten percent as required for USA military activities of redeployment  reinforcement and possibly expansion of its arsenals at home and in the foreign countries in which the USA Forces have either erected tents , or military Bases and high command centers in the foreign countries, specially in the European Union the East European countries the Middle Eastern the Arab World the African countries and as far as the far East Asian countries. The President specified further his intention to reduce budget allocation for Humanitarian Organizations and USA government direct Relief Aid Assistance in the areas of crisis which many Organizations have indicated their worries, or concern about the President intention to withdraw, or reduce USA Humanitarian Assistance to the Humanitarian Organizations at home and in the foreign countries, particularly for the Humanitarian Organizations that could substantially affect USA government increasing role of responsibility with its current leading role in humanitarian assistance support at home and in the foreign countries, whether it may have been cash money, or the frequently allocated essential, or basic needs in food beverages medicines and shelters for those that have been devastated by civil wars, natural catastrophes and other forms of financial, or social catastrophes in the USA and foreign countries.
