EUROPEAN UNION COMMISSION PRESIDENT RE-EMPHASIZED HIS STATEMENT ON THE REQUIREMENT FOR REFORM HE DESCRIBED AS THE FIVE POINTS SCENARIO PLAN THAT MAY DEEPEN EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES RELATIONSHIP AND STRENGTHENED ITS FLOH MARKETS ACTIVITIES.

       European Union Commission President Jean Claude Junker re-emphasized his statement on the requirement for reform he described as five points scenario plan in the European Union countries that may deepen European Union countries relationship and strengthened their floh markets activities that have been upgraded to the higher standards of the Supermarkets during his speech held at the European Union Parliament in Brussels Yesterday, specifically on Wednesday March the first in the Year two thousand and seventeen, despite the President's previous repeated statements of his intention to relinquish power to his successor who unfortunately has not been mentioned during the only session of Parliamentary debate held in the European Union Parliament in Brussels in which the President said he would not seek another term in office as the European Union Commission President. The additional three scenario reform plan for deeper relationship among the Eurozone countries and strengthened floh markets activities entailed the request, or rather the demand for frequent, instead of the annual Summit meetings of the European Union countries that should be held in the Italian capital city of Rome. Besides, the requirement for centralization instead of diversification of the European Union countries current capital city in Brussels. This could mean decisions that would normally be made in other European Union major cities and Parliaments as in Strasbourg Luxemburg and other European Union major capital cities as Berlin Parish Stockholm and in the exiting EU member country of Britain will require immediate revision by the centralized European Union government and Parliament in Brussels. Social restructure and reform with emphasis on the basic form of European Union countries freedom, the freedom of Movement  that has been specified in the European Union Maastricht Treaty for the freedom of Movement of the European Union countries citizens, specially of the younger generations with the demand for improved employment opportunities for every Eurozone citizen, particularly for the younger generations that would be privileged to find  better employment opportunities in other parts of the more developed and wealthier European Union countries than their original home countries within the Eurozone countries membership.
