DISPUTE OVER STRATEGIC BALANCE OF DEFENSE POWER IN THE PACIFIC REGION HAS BROKEN OUT BETWEEN THE WORLD'S TWO MAJOR DEFENSE POWERS OF USA AND CHINA.

      Dispute over strategic balance of defense power in the Pacific Region has broken out early this week between the World's two major powers of USA and China, after North Korea government in the capital city Pyongyang successfully tested and launched its strategic Long Range Defense Missile over the Pacific Ocean said to have exceeded a thousand miles and threatened South Korea capital city Seoul with other neighboring capital cities in the Pacific Ocean Region. USA Military High Command in the Pacific Ocean Region responded promptly with immediate deployment of USA Missile Defense System Forces in the Pacific Ocean Region to South Korea capital city Seoul for later redeployment of the USA military in the neighboring cities to Seoul that have not been specified by either the domestic, or International media, but rather has been generally described by the mentioned media sources as the Higher Ground needed for erection of Missiles Defense Systems for specific launch of the missiles that will target higher altitude Long Range Missiles that may be launched from unidentified sites in far away locations of a distant country against specific targets in the far away, or distant locations as the South Korea capital city Seoul and the neighboring capital cities in the Pacific Ocean Region, specially in the Asian countries that have bitterly and repeatedly complained against Pyongyang Long Range Missiles test that defied the United Nations Resolutions against test of Long Range Missiles of the specified magnitude by North Korea Forces based in the capital city Pyongyang. Besides North Korea government repeated violation of the World's Body Treaty for the ban on Continental Missiles and other types of Long Range Missles that could be armed with nuclear war heads to target far away targets in the far away countries of different Continents. However, the Chinese government in the capital city Beijing has disputed USA government immediate respond to the missile crisis in the Pacific Ocean Region by immediate deployment of its Pacific Headquarters Missiles Defense Forces to South Korea capital city Seoul as an unprecedented move of USA Missiles Defense Forces in the Pacific Ocean Region that may affect the required strategic defense power balance in the Pacific Ocean Region and in the major Asian countries, despite Chinese government repeated bitter complain against North Korea Long Range Missiles test and the ambition of Pyongyang for nuclear technology and nuclear possession.
