EUROPEAN UNION LEADERS CONVENED IN ROME THE CAPITAL CITY OF ITALY IN OBSERVATION OF ROME'S SIXTY ANNIVERSARY JUBILEE, OR CELEBRATION OF EUROPEAN UNION UNITY.

      European Union leaders convened in Rome the Italian capital city over the last weekend, specifically on Saturday March the twenty fifth in the Year two thousand and seventeen in Observation of Rome's sixtieth anniversary jubilee, or celebration of European Union countries unity by the signed document for peace and freedom in the European Union countries by the leaders of the twenty seven European Union member countries to reconfirm their commitment to the unity peace and freedom in the Eurozone countries as recommended earlier in the month by the European Union commission President Jean Claude who has repeatedly emphasized his statement on the requirement for annual observation of  this anniversary in Rome, before during and after the Convention. However, the European Union Commission President authority to implement the President's recommendations, or to vetoe European Union Parliament legislative authority has remained disputable Parliamentary issue, due to the European Union Parliament legislative authority and procedures required for implementation of legislations in the European Union Parliament in Brussels and in the EU member countries Parliaments, despite the European Union Commission President good intention for annual observation of European Union countries unity in Rome that has been warmly welcomed with regard to the President's view on unity of the European countries during  the first Convention of the twenty seven European Union member countries held in Rome over the last weekend. Besides the controversy on the less known fact of the European Union Commission President recommendation for annual observation of European Union unity in Rome and how this suggested annual observation could possibly strengthen the required unity of the twenty seven EU member countries and successfully maintain these objectives for unity peace and freedom in the European Union countries that has been emphasized by the European Union countries Maastricht Treaty for freedom of Movement of the citizens of the European Union and Eurozone countries at this time, when current legislative changes for unity of EU member countries, or against disintegration of the twenty seven EU member countries could threaten the basic rights for freedom of every European Union country citizens which has been emphasized by the Maastricht Treaty for freedom of Movement of every Eurozone citizen.
