TURKEY CITIZENS IN GERMANY'S VARIOUS STATES HAVE PARTICIPATED IN THEIR COUNTRIES DECISION MAKING PROCESS BY THE REFERENDUM FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM THAT MAY DETERMINE NEW DIRECTION OF GOVERNANCE IN THIS AND THE NEXT FEW DECADES.

 Turkey citizens in the various States of Democratic of Democratic Republic of Germany have participated in their country's decision making process since early Yesterday by voting for, or against Constitutional reform in the Referendum that may determine New direction of governance in this and the next decades by the votes casted at home in Turkey and in the various Consulates of the Republic of Turkey located in the various States of Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the cities of Koln in the State of North Rhein Westfallen and Dortmond in the Northern State of Germany. The percentage of votes that have been casted over the course of the day has fluctuated between and in favor, or against Proponents and Opponents that have voted FOR, or against respectively for the Constitutional reform in Turkey and by the Referendum which its approval, or disapproval by the votes casted over the course of the last two days which too have either fluctuated by the percentage of the votes casted, or may have remained tied in the few voting locations located in the various Consulates of the Republic of Turkey within the States of Germany of which the final results of the Referendum would be released  broadcasted, or published in the various domestic and the International foreign media after Midnight, or in the early Morning of Wednesday March the twenty ninth of the Year two thousand and seventeen. Turkey citizens personal opinions that have been expressed in the last two days varied considerably over the objectives of the Referendum for Constitutional reform in Turkey on which much information for the reform has not been made known by the media, despite the significance of the Referendum for the country and its citizens that have been in the process for reform by varied forms of challenges that may be structural reform challenge, or the political the financial the economic the security and defense challenges that have been intended to upgrade Turkey standards in the various fields that have been mentioned and eventually qualify Turkey for membership of the European Union countries at the current difficult time period of recession immigration crisis attributed to refugees and illegal immigrants influx in to WESTERN Europe. Besides the minor financial downtrend in the various Eurozone countries, specially in the Southern most European countries of the Mediterranean coastal region. Other equally significant issues of concern that required special attention included issues as the immigration security and the defense policy of Turkey as the prominent NATO Allied defense member which has remained controversial defense policy among the right and left wing Islamists Political Parties in the Republic of Turkey and in the Arab World countries. Many Turkey citizens within the various States of Germany have expressed their concern on the varied opinions for Constitutional reform in Turkey by the Referendum that may concentrate much power on the hands of Turkey President and the ruling cabinet members of the most powerful political parties of Turkey that may not guarantee their election victory success for leadership in next election against the equally influential Islamists and future rulers of Turkey that have been generally described as rivals and against Turkey reconsideration for membership in the European Union countries for this decade, or the next few decades.
