THE STATE OF HAMBURG GERMANY HAS ENACTED NEW LEGISLATION THAT PROHIBITS ALCOHOL BEVERAGES CONSUMPTION IN THE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS.


The State of Hamburg in Germany has enacted a new legislation that prohibits alcohol beverages consumption in the transportation system through out the State that entailed domestic long and short distance commute of both trains and buses. The enforcement of the enacted legislation began early morning today the 1st of September in the year 2011 to prevent, or atleast reduce the high crime rate in the trains and buses systems attributed to much alcohol beverages consumption in the State of Hamburg Germany. However, hundreds, or perhaps thousands of the citizens have been caught early today by police while riding and drinking beer, or other alcohol beverages in either trains, or in buses. The State of Hamburg has postponed the penalties against violators of the new legislation which entail the fine of fourty euros ($40.00 euros) for riding , while drinking alcohol until next month, due to the number of citizens caught today drinking in the transportation system, particularly those who may have claimed that they had not been informed.
