THE HIGH COURT DECISION REAFFIRMED THE KANZLER POLICIES ON THE EUROPEAN UNION.

Confirmation of the verdict of not guilty passed by the German High Court in Karlsruhe on the government decision for the further involvement in the contribution for the European financial rescue package to Greece as not a violation to the country's constitution has reaffirmed Kanzler Angela Merkel government policies, particularly on the European policies that specificies the European Union financial rescue package and the policies for the strengthening of the European Union currency the Euro at both the domestic and at a global scale. However, the High Court decision on the case emphasized the requirement for wider range participation on such political decision of both the members of Parliament, the Opposition in the Bundestag, the intellectuals and of course the government. There has not been further requirement, or suggestion for enaction of a legislation that would a mend the Constitution.
