THE POLITICAL CONTROVERSY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT OVER THE ENACTION OF THE LEGISLATION THAT EXTENDS PRISONERS IMPRISONMENT IN GERMAN PRISONS AFTER THEY HAVE SERVED THEIR SENTENCE.

The political controversy in the European Union Parliament over enaction of the legislation that may further extend the prison sentence of some prisoners after they have served and completed their sentence in special security prisons that required amendment in Germany's constitution as had been demanded by the European Humanrights Commission for the freedom of individuals has been ruled upon in the Germany's High Court today in Karlsruhe. Two years time limit has been allocated for the required constitutional amendment for the release of most of the prisoners after they have served and completed their prison sentence, but also for the detensionof some prisoners that may be dangerous to their communities, or societies and finally the required financial obligations for the accomplishment of this costly project.
