THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT OF JUSTICE HAS ISSUED AN ARREST WARRANT AGAINST PRESIDENT MUAMAR GADHAFFI AND HIS GOVERNMENT'S HIGH RANKING OFFICIALS

An arrest warrant has been issued against President Muamar Gadhaffi, his top military generals and the high ranking government officials by the International Criminal Court for Justice today, inspite of the Rebels inability to advance towards the capital Tripoli. The arrest warrant has been issued against the President and the high ranking regime personnel for the killing of over five hundred demonstrators during the civilian uprising that led to the UN no fly sanction that finally boke out into the Libyan war between the coalition of the NATO, the European Union Allied forces and the Rebel forces against the Libyan army forces under the leadership of President Muamar Gadhaffi. No Arab world, or African country has been expected to offer an asylum, or refuge to President Muamar Gadhaffi and his family because of the arrest warrant, if the President and the Libyan forces surrender to either the NATO, or the European Union Allied forces.
