THE NUCLEAR ENERGY REPORT HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE HIGH COURT.

The nuclear energy commission report that has been released early today in Germany that may determine the future of the government's energy policy in Germany and perhaps in other European countries seem controversial, despite the unified agreement on the required change for use of nuclear energy as the main source of electric energy in Germany and perhaps in many European countries. The nuclear commission report emphasized the fact that no safety concern has been found in regard to the nuclear Reactors stress safety test. Which could mean the over heating of the nuclear Reactors can be controlled, if an accident occur. However, the final decision that may determine the future of nuclear energy use, specially in Germany in particular and in Europe in general has been further forwarded to the High court.
