THE MINOR DOWN TREND IN THE MARKETS PERFORMANCE HAS BEEN REFERRED TO AS ATTRIBUTES OF THE GROWING DEBT AND BUDGET DEFICIT IN EUROPE AND IN THE USA.

Markets performance in both the USA and in Europe have not been the best market's news of the day and perhaps of the whole week in both continents of Europe and America, despite the good news of loan allocation to Portugal in the biggest sum of seventy eight billion euros (78,000,000,000.00) euros. Markets performance in many European countries and in the USA indicated minor economic down trend from last week's economic up-trend estimated in fractions to just over one point five percent (0.3-1.5%) across Europe and the USA with the exception of the Asian countries, specially China. However, the American market's and economy experts referred to the minor down trend of the week as attributes of the growing debt and budget deficit which the USA citizens believe the Republicans would soon solve the problem.
