VARYING OPINIONS ON ATTRIBUTES OF THE SLOW ECONOMIC RECOVERY, OR RATHER THE DOWN-TREND IN THREE DIFFERENT CONTINENTS.

Varying opinions as attributes of either the slow recovery, or rather the down-trend in the world's markets in three different continents of Europe, America, or the USA and Asia, despite the globalized commerce of the world's competitive market economies.
The Asian business sectors regarded the slow world economic recovery, or rather the downtrend as attributes that signals their stronger currencies, while the European Union sixteen member countries referred to the slow recovery as attributes of debt crisis and the financial sectors loose monetary regulations, besides the USA markets complain about inefficiency in certain industries, specially the manufacturing sectors attributed to outsourcing.
