DOMESTIC CULTURAL CLASHES BETWEEN SUBURBAN AREA REPRESENTATIVES, RURAL COMMUNITIES LEADERS AND THE HIGHLY EDUCATED INTELLECTUALS HAVE OCCURRED FREQUENTLY ON HOW THE RISING PROBLEMS OF HOMOSEXUALITY AND UNUSUAL SEX PRACTICES COULD BE RESOLVED AND CONTAINED IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

Africa Representatives of suburban areas and leaders of rural communities who have not been abroad may have wondered about the silence, the look out,or rather that may seem as less concern of the highly educated, the intellectuals and leaders in their societies about the homosexuality, the unusual sex practices and the ridiculous sex practices of their sons and daughters with inner cities dwellers which may be the the city inhabitants, or foreigners called homosexuality,or lesbian and where it may have originated.
In some African countries domestic cultural clashes between suburban area Representatives ruralcommmunities leaders abd the highly educcated intellectuals have occurred frequently on how the problems of homosexuality and unusual sex practices could be resolved and contained. In other African countries, particularly those in which suburban Representatives and rural communities leaders have progressed to central decision making positions of the governments, legislative ban of unacceptable sex practices and punishment by death penalty of violators of the sentence has been demanded for the violators of the ban of homosexuality and other unusual sex practices. However, observers of changes in African social settings and traditions in suburban communities have criticised the drastic legislative penalties by death sentence against violators of the ban on homosexuality and other unusual sex practices in many African countries suburban areas.
