THE CONTRAVERSY ON WHETHER ELECTRONIC SURVEILLANCE DEVICES SHOULD BE USED TO MONITOR THE MENTIONED CATEGORIES OF EX-PRISONERS AND OTHERS BEYOND THE PRISON WALLS, OR THE PROBATION PERIOD MAY REQUIRE THE DECISION OF THE JUDICIAL AND THE LEGISLATIVE BODIES OF VARIOUS SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENTS.

The contraversy on whether surveillance electronic devices should be used to monitor the three different categories of prisoners beyond the prison walls and the probation period in both the European Union countries and the USA may require the decision of both the Judiciary and the legislative bodies of various systems of governments in the mentioned continents.
The three categories of ex-prisoners that may be subjected to the electronic devices surveillance may entail those regarded by both the prison systems and the States as dangerous persons to the public safety, or those who may have been known by the systems as frequent violators of certain regulations that have been regarded as serious offense in communities and societies of many countries such as the sex offenders, or those who may have been identified as carriers of contageous and incurable diseases such as Aids, or HIV.
