THE CYBER WORLD.

Despite the conveniency, freedom and the countless opportunities that have been offered, or enhanced in the use of the device machines and electronic devices such as computers, wireless phones, Blackberry, iphones and many others, due to the wider range of applications offered that have not only eased our daily tasks in work places, at schools and in businesses, particularly in the various fields of communication and transport, medicine and the health services, e-commerce, the security and in the defense of the country, many countries in our world today seemed divided over the admittance of their literate and educated citizens in to that has been termed as the cyber world. Nevertheless, the Russian system has not only admitted its citizens in to the cyber world, but encourages cyber warefare as a means that unifies several countries in this world, while the American online services have highlighted the significancy of hackers in the cyber world, specially those who may have been able to make them aware of the holes in their systems and the cyber world.
