GUN BATTLE SKIRMISHES BROKE-OUT IN THE DISPUTED AREA OF THE KOREAN PENINSULA, DESPITE USA MILITARY PRESENCE IN THE AREA FOR JOINED MILITARY EXERCISE WITH THE SOUTH KOREAN ARMY.

Despite the USA military presence in the Korean peninsula for joined military exercise between the USA and the South Korean army, gun battles broke-out yesterday between the North Korean army and the South Korean army in the disputed Korean peninsula area. Media reports have confirmed that the North Korean patrol boats detected moving objects on the disputed Korean peninsula water which eventually violated the line of fire within their territory and triggered the shooting that have been equally responded upon by the shooting of the South Korean boats on patrol of the disputed area. However, South Korean high command has referred to the gun battle skirmishes in the disputed area as screamage, while delegates have been sent to Pyongyang to negotiate peace against Pyongyang readiness to launch missiles that could possibly be armed with nuclear war heads.
