REPEATED ATTEMPTS BY THE OIL COMPANY PB TO HALT THE UNDER WATER OIL FLOW IN THE GULF OP MEXICO DREW CRITICISM OF THE ADMINISTRATION RESPONSIVENESS TO CRISIS AND NATURAL CATASTROPHE.

Repeated attempts by the oil company PB to halt the under water oil flow in the gulf of Mexico drew criticism of the Administration responsiveness to crisis and natural catastrophe similar in magnitude to hurricane katerina. However, although gulf region current oil spill has exceedingly been three-fold in magnitude, when compared to the worse oil spill in the USA history known as the Exon valdez oil spill, the slow currents in the gulf of Mexico have not been faster in the spread of the oil slick and in polluting far away places in the regions surrounding the gulf of Mexico as a result damages on wider field of habitat and on aquatic lives have been significantly reduced.
