THE SHELTER ONLINE: MANY RUNS OFF THE SHELTER HAVE ACCOUNTED FOR AS MANY RETURNS TO THE SAME SHELTERS.

Despite the difficulties often experienced by many shelter-dwellers in the shelters, specially those who may have stayed in the worse known shelters for the period of over six months, or whether the difficulties may have been less sleep, due congestion, lack of beds, or limited number of hours allocated for sleeping in the shelters, besides the daily long queues of many people in the lines for for food, or snacks being served, if at all there had been any, or the lack of privacy in either the use of toilets and showers, many runs off the shelters have accounted for as many returns to the same shelters by the same people for reasons I have not been able to figure out. Eventhough some of the returns would be rebuked by either the insult of "who goes around comes around" or by other forms of punishment as trash collection, or the weekly washing of the shelter, many returns had been usually welcomed as a black brother, although some of the shelter dwellers had been people of color and the white people.
