NO WONDER THE CURRENT FREEDOM AND DEMOCRACY IN IRAQ OUTWEIGHS THE LOST OF ONE OF THE FORMERLY POWERFUL REGIME IN IRAQ AND THE ARAB WORLD.

Although the Universities in Iraq are said to have fully resumed curriculum function required of each and every discipline in the higher institutions of learning both at home and a broad with acceptable degree of freedom and with no ties, or obligation to either the traditional, or islamic dressing codes for the female students, foreign students enrollment in Iraq Universities has been feasable, except for the safety of foreign students on the streets of Irag, due to frequent insecurities caused by insurgent's terror attacks in some cities in Irag, specially in Badgdad.
No wonder many people may have querried, whether the current freedom and democracy in Iraq outweighs the lost of one of the formerly powerful regime in Iray and the Arab world.
