THE INTRODUCTION AND USE OF COMPUTERS WITH THE EMPHASIS ON PROFICIENCY IN BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN LANGUAGES HAVE NOT BEEN MADE TOP PRIORITIES BY MANY GOVERNMENTS, SPECIALLY IN THE AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

Although writing has been an integrated aspect of my daily life and its use in virtual interaction as solution to the solitary mordern lifestyle, social relationship and business, I felt I have been connected to only certain groups that can better express themselves not only in proficient english language and the other languages I have so far known, but by proficient writing and better use of computers as significant device machines that have revolutionized various fields of work as the communication enabled in the virtual networking interaction over short and long distance at a globle level.
However, literacy and profiency in both the domestic and the foreign languages with the introduction of better use of computers have not been made priorities by governments of many countries, specially the African countries.
