USA LOOKSOUT, WHILE RUSSIA EXERTS EFFORT TO AVERT THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF MAJOR CONFLICT IN IFRIN BETWEEN TURKEY SYRIA THE KURDS IRANIAN MILITIA AND VARIOUS ISLAMIC MILITANT GROUPS.

   The United States of America looks out at the current rising armed conflict between the mentioned various factions as Russia continues to exert its seemingly less successful, or failing peace effort in Ifrin Syria to avert the mounting pressure for possible outbreak of the major conflict between Turkey and Syria in the presence of Iranian Militia the Kurds the Daash  Israelites continued air raids and various Islamic Militants groups, specially those that have expressed their separate, or joined effort for use of arms as direct resistance to Turkey occupation in Ifrin Syria. Russia and Turkey government recent discussion for withdrawal of Turkey military from the occupied territories in the Northern parts and North Eastern region of Syria that entailed Ifrin has repeatedly failed and possibly, due to media extended reports about Turkey President Rezept Tayyip Erdogan refusal to order withdrawal of Turkey military with the required relinquishment of power in the occupied Syrian territories that have been inhabited by the Kurds of Syrian and Iraq's Northern Region. Random airstrikes and missiles attacks that can not be retraced to the sites of attack and launch respectively have killed many innocent civilian citizens of which many are said to have been the Kurds of Syrian and Iraq's Northern region. The United Nations Organization has unfortunately postponed its required Security Council members meeting on the current crisis in Syria for immediate solution to the risking crisis in areas of conflicts that could be attained by the passage of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions that entailed the alternative resolution for peace at the most difficult, or extended conflict which authorizes the use of military force to end the difficult and extended, or the very destructive conflicts as the current wars in the Middle Eastern the Arab World and North African countries. However, the passage of the United Nations alternative resolution that authorizes the use of military conflict has often required the approval of three third of its members as a result it has remained difficult to implement, or enforced by all the member countries to end the extended and very difficult conflicts in the mentioned areas of conflicts in the Middle Eastern the Arab World and North African countries.
