RELOCATION OF NATO SECOND CENTRAL COMMAND CENTER TO GERMANY REMAINS THE CURRENT MAJOR POLITICAL FINANCIAL AND DEFENSE ISSUE OF DEBATE IN THE EU.

Relocation of NATO's second Central Command Center to Germany has caused major political financial and defense debates at various Institutions that entailed the NATO Central Command Center in Brussels. The NATO first Central Command Center meeting chaired and attended by USA Defense Secretary Mattis discussed the positive aspects for relocation, or rather establishment of NATO'S Second Central Command Center in the Democratic Republic of Germany which would supervise and ease contingency measures against threats that may be directed against the NATO Alliance within the Eurozone from far away locations in Eastern Europe and possibly from Russia. However, few German politicians Intellectuals writers and Journalists have expressed themselves against, or negatively about NATO'S intention to expand its Central Command Center in the Eurozone countries of which Britain and the United Kingdom would not be spared from certain obligations as the financial, or contribution obligation to the NATO, despite Britain's scheduled exit from the EU. The unspecified few German politicians Intellectuals  Writers and Journalists, besides members of Parliament of the Opposition Political Parties have indicated implication of Germany in to obligations, specially the financial and defense obligation, particularly domestically, or at home and in East European countries along Russia"s Western border to the East European countries, before the required Constitutional amendment with changes in Germany's defense policy that specified defense policies contrary to NATO'S current intention for establishment, or relocation of NATO'S second Central Command Center to Germany. One of Germany's defense policy that has been officially recognized as the enacted defense policy in Germany's Constitution has been Germany"s military limited intervention power role in both the domestic and foreign conflicts. In addition to Germany's recent changes in the defense policy by disarmament of the entire military, or the Bundeswehr, Troops reduction and budget cuts on the military budget.
Finally, but not least establishment, or relocation of NATO'S Central Command Center to Germany would certainly mean further financial obligation to the government of Chancellor Angela Merkel at the current condition of fair economic growth and better in financial and Investment prospects in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen.
