DIESEL ENGINE SCANDAL BECAME MAJOR POLITICAL ISSUE, AFTER THE HIGHEST COURT ABSTAINED ITS REQUIRED FINAL DECISION FOR THE BAN OF DIESEL ENGINE VEHICLES.

The diesel engine scandal became major controversial political issue in Germany and the Eurozone countries, after the Highest Court in Germany located in Karlsruhe abstained its required final decision for the ban on both manufacture and use of diesel engine vehicles with higher emission rates on the streets of the various States of Germany and possibly in the Eurozone in the extended session of the first debate for, or against the ban on use of diesel engine vehicles in Germany and perhaps the Eurozone countries. The Highest Court abstained, or rather adjourned its required final decision on the most controversial political issue of the month referred to as the diesel engine scandal on claims of the government failure with few Judges failure to accomplish their duties, despite the known fact that the newly elected government's leader the executive the cabinet members and Members of the Parliament of both the major and minor political parties of Germany that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD) the Alternative For Deutschland Political Party (AFD) the Green Party (GP) the Free Democratic Political Party (FDP) and the Left Wing Political Party referred to as the Links have repeatedly failed to form Germany's largest coalition government since the election victory of the mentioned political parties late last Year. The Highest Court statement for the adjourned session and temporary abstention from its required final decision on diesel engine scandal has been the wide range negative consequences it may have on both government's and private Institutions that entailed businesses that may have direct and immediate impact on the lives of citizens of Germany and the Eurozone countries. Media sources of both the domestic and International media in the USA the Eurozone and else where have speculated on the extend of damage the Highest Court decision may have on the millions and millions of citizens that uses mainly diesel engine vehicles as means of transportation to work places and for other businesses, if the Highest Court were to give in to the drastic demand for immediate ban on diesel engine manufacture and use in the various State of Germany and the Eurozone countries. Nevertheless,  EU and other Eurozone countries governments decisions policies with the enacted legislations for the Environment that should be implemented, or enforced within the specified time period should not be ignored by both the EU and Germany's Highest Court, particularly on the previously enacted legislation for EU unified energy policy that specified gradual shift from the hazardous and none Environment friendly energy sources as the atomic and fossil fuel energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources as the Wind the Solar the Hydroelectric the Biomass and Geothermal energy sources within the specified time period that should not exceed thirty five years of which the current diesel engine scandal and other excessive emission rates problems would not be the exceptional and secondary emission rates issues to EU and other Eurozone countries unified policy on the Environment that has been supported by EU and other Eurozone Parliaments with enacted legislations that authorizes implementation of the policies within specified time period.
