GOVERNMENT'S ACCEPTANCE TO OVERTAKE NATO'S SECOND CENTRAL HIGH COMMAND CENTER HAS CAUSED FURTHER CITIZENS CRITICISM WITH THE DEMAND FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT AND CHANGESMIN THE CURRENT DEFENSE POLICY.

Government's acceptance to overtake NATO'S second High Command Center responsibilities has further caused wide range government criticism with the demand for Constitutional amendment and changes in the government's current defense policy, despite the less known fact about when and where within the boundaries of the Democratic Republic of Germany would the NATO Second High Central Command Center be relocated, or established at the time, when few NATO members have disputed the reallocation of NATO finance contribution obligation policy of which  Britain has not been the exceptional NATO and the exiting EU member country that has questioned the NATO finance contribution obligation before and after the approval of the NATO finance contribution policy. Nevertheless, the executive decision for compliance with the NATO defense obligation, specially the finance obligation by contributing the bigger portion, or percentage of the demanded finance and defense contribution, before formation of Germany's largest coalition government which compromise of the government's cabinet members and the Opposition which their statements on the NATO Defense Budget Contribution may not remain undisputed after the formation of Germany's larger coaltion government in the first week of the month of March in the Year two thousand and eighteen as it has been predicted earlier during the last meeting of the major political parties intended for faster formation of Germany's larger coalition government. The reason for extended criticism of NATO's Defense Budget contribution, particularly by the Opposition Parties politicians Members of Parliament Intellectuals and Journalists may have lied in the policy making scrutiny by the mentioned various groups, specially on the irony of the matter with regard to the Executive acceptance of both NATO'S defense and finance obligations at the current rising demand for changes in both the Constitution and defense policy of the Democratic Republic of Germany which both prohibits armament and Germany's military participation in foreign conflicts.
Besides, the additional demand for the formation of EU Central Command Center in either Germany or in France of which its finance obligations would be too, shouldered by the Democratic Republic of Germany.
