USA DELEGATES HAVE ANNOUNCED USA GOVERNMENT INTENTION FOR WITHDRAWAL FROM PARISH CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT DURING THE CLIMATE CHANGE CONFERENCE HELD IN BONN 1 GERMANY, WHILE SYRIA HAS ANNOUNCED ITS INTENTION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN TJE PARISH CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT.

   USA delegates made the announcement of their government for withdrawal from Parish Climate Change Agreement in the second day of the Climate Change Conference being currently held in the cities of Bonn 1 and Bonn Bad Godesberg in the Democratic Republic of Germany, despite increasing concern at home in the United States of America and in the foreign countries about the USA Environment policy, after implementation of the President's mandate for withdrawal from Parish Climate Change Agreement along with the intended withdrawal from Environmental Protection and Climate Change responsibilities, after decades of USA leading role in Environmental Protection issues and Climate Change responsibilities at a global scale. Germany's Environment Minister Hendricks acknowledged the attendance of the participating nations in a brief televised interview held during the opening of the Climate Change Conference in Bonn 1 and Bonn Bad godesberg on which the Minister emphasized on tjr joined effort of the countries for the solution to the emerging short and long term Climate Change issues, particularly in the countries that have been threatened by the aftermath consequences of Climate Change problems as in the South Pacific country of Fiji and other World's countries in which Natural Catastrophes such as hurricanes torrential rainfall flood mudslides tornadoes and drought have directly, or indirectly washed away bigger parts of the ground off the mentioned countries and inflicted damage in destroyed properties and human lives that have been frequently lost at an alarming rates that have required the attention and assistance of the World's major countries as the USA Russia China Japan South Korea other Asian countries the European Union countries with the exiting EU member country of Britain, besides Canada Australia the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries. The Environment Minister of Germany mentioned her government's role toward the required short and long term solutions to the problems of the Environment as the requirement for immediate reduction of emission rates, particularly of the point and none point pollution sources of the various States of Democratic Republic of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. Besides, the requirement for faster implementation of the government's energy policy with the shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources as the atomic energy and fossil fuel energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources as the Wind the Solar the Hydroelectric the Biomass and Geothermal energy sources, along with the required final decision on the current discussions for either the ban on diesel engine vehicles and diesel engine manufacturing companies from emitting toxic gases and production of vehicles with higher emission rates respectively that both exceeded the limit of the accepted emission rates set on diesel engines in the Democratic Republic of Germany by over forty percent, or the demand for further extension of the time period on the ban that has been set on the higher emission rates diesel engine vehicles along with the ban on companies that manufactured the higher emission rates diesel engines in the various States of Democratic Republic of Germany that accounted for much production capacity higher financial benefits and economic growth attributed to the average manufacturing capacity of the mentioned automotive vehicles companies. However, USA government delegates announcement of the USA government intention for withdrawal from Climate Change Agreements and responsibilities has been generally described as a setback for the joined effort of the nations of this World towards the required solutions to the current emerging problems attributed to Global Warming and Climate Change disadvantages on many countries that have been described as being threatened by the defects of Global Warming and Climate Change with the accompanying consequences ad the overall increase in global temperature habitats destruction crops failure drought and the frequently emerging Natural Catastrophes as hurricanes tornadoes much rainfall  flood landslides and diseases that have inflicted much damage on many countries in property and human lives being annually lost as a result of the mentioned Natural Catastrophes.
