PROPONENTS AND OPPONENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT'S CURRENT POLICY IN CATALONIA PROTESTED BY DEMONSTRATION DURING THE PRIME MINISTER VISIT TO CATALONIA.

Prime Minister Rajoy first visit to Catalonia, after centralization of Spain's system of government that preceded withdrawal of Catalonia's autonomous power and authority has been confronted by mixed demonstrations of both support and protest carried out by Proponents and Opponents of Catalonia, particularly those that demanded cessation of Spain into two countries of Spain and Catalonia. Prime Minister Rajoy emphasized on his first visit to Catalonia, after the government objection of the Referendum in Catalonia that has been accompanied by centralization of the government's ruling authority and power as significant step toward the required preparation for the scheduled general election in Spain in the month of December of the year two thousand and seventeen which would enable participation of Catalonia citizens in the central government policy making decision making and possibly in the nominating and electing of Catalonia's politician ad the next Prime Minister of Spain by accepted democratic process of the general election. However, politicians and media personnel of both the domestic Eurozone countries and the International media have speculated as many have pointed facts about the rising crisis in Spain's policy making and decision making processes by the required, or accepted democratic process which has withdrawn Catalonia's regional power and suspended its elected authorities and arrested others on claimed charges of being bandits and rebels for separation of Spain by the Referendum of the regional government which the central government of Spain has objected. Many politicians and media personnel of both domestic and International media, specially those that may have extensively covered about the Referendum with the emerging political and power sharing crisis in Spain's government has either been suspended, or threatened by arrest, if they visit Spain in the next few months and years. Nevertheless, the detailed aspects of power sharing by the accepted Democratic processes in modern electoral systems of voting during election has required scientific and political analysis of the processes for fair election and balanced power sharing, after the central government has strengthened its authorities and consolidated its power processes over longer period of time, or many decades. Catalonia's former regional President Puigdemont has remained silent, after series of his interviews held in Brussels and Northern Europe on the recent political crisis in Catalonia and Spain.
