THE FIFTH EUROPEAN UNION AFRICA SUMMIT HAS BEGUN IN IVORY COAST CAPITAL CITY ABIDJAN WITH DENOUNCEMENT AND EXTENDED CRITICISM OF THE CURRENT SLAVERY IN LIBYAN MEDITERRANEAN COASTAL REGION.


    The fifth European Union Africa Summit has begun in Ivory Coast capital city Abidjan with denouncement and extended criticism of the current slavery in the Libyan Mediterranean Coastal Region in which human sales and trafficking across the Mediterranean Sea for better living in the promised greener land of the European Union countries has been reported on the various domestic and the International media sources of various countries during the opening of the fifth EU Africa Summit intended for the discussion of various political financial economic healthcare immigration social security and possibly defense issues,  particularly with regard to the EU countries, specially Germany's current increasing role of responsibility in  Humanitarian Relief Aid allocation and defense issues as the intervention of the military in regions of extended conflicts in few African countries and other World's regions of conflicts as in Afghanistan Iraq Syria Libya Mali Somalia and South of Sudan. The Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel and other European Union leaders along with African leaders Members of Parliaments politicians and Journalists from all parts of the World that entailed the USA the Eurozone Countries Britain Canada Australia the Asian the Arab World and African countries attended the fifth EU Africa Summit held in the West African country of Ivory Coast as previously scheduled on November the 28th to the 30th of the Year two thousand and seventeen. EU leaders and delegates have demanded immediate halt of human sales and trafficking along the Libyan Mediterranean coastal region during the fifth EU Africa Summit Meeting held in West Africa, but have neither redirected, nor authorize further reinforcement of the joined Eurozone countries Naval Forces that have been deployed the in the Mediterranean Sea for the rescue effort of refugees asylum seekers and illegal immigrants in the Mediterranean Sea and the Mediterranean coastal region the year before the previous year and in this year. However no statement has been heard from the African leaders about the bad news of intensified slave trade at the Libyan Mediterranean Coastal Region as many African head of States have continued to arrive for the meeting that may be further extended to the fifth of the month of December in the Year two thousand and seventeen. Among the African leaders whom have been welcomed by Ivory Coast President Alessane Ouattara as their special airplanes landed at the capital's airport and made breaking news, or news headlines entailed President of South Africa Republic Jacob Zuma President of Nigeria Bhuhari President of Ruanda Paul Kegame and various other African leaders and Presidents whose arrival have been recorded and made news headlines in the domestic African countries and the International media. EU and African countries relationship may be further strengthen during the meeting in which various significant issues as trade issues immigration financial economic security defense and Environmental Protection with emphasis on the financial social immigration and energy problems in the various African countries.
