ONE BILLION EUROS HAS BEEN ALLOCATED BY ACTING GOVERNMENT OF GERMANY FOR THE CONTROL OF CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSION DURING THE DIESEL SUMMIT HELD AT THE CHANCELLOR'S OFFICE IN BERLIN.

The acting government of Democratic Republic of Germany headed by Chancellor Angela Merkel has allocated the sum of one billion euros during the Diesel Engine Summit held at the Chancellor's office earlier today, specifically on Tuesday, November 28th in the year two thousand and seventeen for the required control of carbon dioxide emission rates in Germany's various States and perhaps the Eurozone countries in the joined effort of Germany and other Eurozone countries to reduce the high emission rates attributed to diesel engine emission in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. Besides, the point and none point pollution sources mentioned earlier during the diesel engine meetings and Summit so far held in Germany. Nevertheless, technological success remains the decisive factor in the required control of carbon dioxide and other toxic gases emission in to the atmosphere by the diesel engine vehicles and other major and minor pollution sources that have increased the pollution rates in Germany's various States by about fifteen percent in the recent years, when compared to the effective measure for the control of carbon dioxide rate in the atmosphere by storage of carbon dioxide and its burial in larger cylinders beneath the ground. Alternative measures for the control of emission rates in Germany's various States and the Eurozone countries entailed insertion of new electronic devices in the exhaust pipes of diesel engine vehicles to reduce emission rates of carbon dioxide other toxic gases and pollutants in to the atmosphere, besides the requirement for the ban on diesel engine manufacture in the Democratic Republic of Germany and perhaps the Eurozone countries which the major producing diesel engine companies have requested its lift, or implementation in Germany and other Eurozone countries, due to the projected extend of damage it may cause to the diesel engine vehicles owners and the manufacturing companies that have demanded much time for the predicted future ban on diesel engine manufacture in the Democratic Republic of Germany and other Eurozone countries, despite increasing concern about the general, of personnel financial monetary and economic interest that may gradually increase and eventually outweigh Environmental Protection effort being currently exerted domestically in the Eurozone countries and globally in the many countries of the World, particularly in the World's most industrialized and leading nations in the various fields of industrial and technological advancement as the USA Russia and China in which emission and pollution rates have exceeded the limits permitted by more than fifteen percent in the current and last few years.
