OPPONENTS AND PROPONENTS OF FOSSIL FUEL ENERGY SOURCES HAVE PROTESTED ONE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED OPENING OF THE CLIMATE CHANGE CONFERENCE IN GERMANY'S PREVIOUS CAPITAL CITY BONN 1.

   Proponents and Opponents of fossil fuel energy sources protested by demonstrations against the government's delay in implementing the required change in government's unified energy policy with the shift from the hazardous and polluting energy sources to the Environment friendly and renewable energy sources one day before the scheduled opening of the Climate Change Conference in Germany's previous capital city of Bonn 1. The demonstrators from the various countries of the World, particularly those from tjr South Pacific Island of Fiji protested by demonstration to express their concern about the defects and devastation in Seasonal changes attributed to Climate Change aftermath, or consequences which have threatened many countries and their population with devastation and extinction respectively in the this and perhaps in the next few decades. Few of the mentioned global climate threats that have begun to show up, or may have increased in many parts of the World at an alarming rates, particularly in the South Pacific Island of Fiji entailed the series of Natural Catastrophes such as Hurricanes torrential rainfall tropical storm wind mudslides and tornadoes that have threatened many countries that included the South Pacific Islands. In addition to the aftermath consequences of the Natural Catastrophes mentioned earlier as destruction crops failure drought famine and the spread of many diseases that included the curable and incurable diseases. Attributes of the devastating consequences of Global Warming have been briefly described as follows . Fuel combustion by the major and minor fossil fuel consumers as the electricity companies factories and individual consumers that have been described as point and none point pollution sources emits toxic substances and gases that pollutes the atmosphere. Higher emission rates often emitted by the mentioned sources rises up in to the atmosphere and beyond the atmosphere to Stratosphere which reacts with other toxic gases to form the Ozone layer that blocks and retains sun rays in the atmosphere and raises the overall Global temperature by one degree celcius has caused changes of huge magnitude in the atmosphere and the Environment that has threaten the Earth with the life within by destruction and extinction respectively. The increase in global temperature causes water to evaporate in parts of the World causing drought crops failure and hunger, while in other parts of the World Natural Catastrophes such as hurricane flooding much rainfall and increased water level above the sea level often leads to habitats destruction and extinction of many species of which few have been listed on the list of various living things that have been threatened with extinction such as insects birds reptiles amphibians and mammals which have been threatened with extinction, due to the changes in the climate change attributed to pollution of the atmosphere and the Environment at a global scale. Further demands for amendment of legislations and correction of policies such as the unified, or separate energy and Environmental Protection policy of the various countries has been emphasized during the protest by demonstration exactly one day, before the begin of the scheduled date for Climate Change Conference that will take place in Bonn 1 and in Bad Godesberg in Germany on Monday, November 07th in the year two thousand and seventeen. Climate control by change in the government's unified energy policy with the shift from the mentioned hazardous and polluting energy sources, besides the requirement for the control of emission rates of both point and none point pollution sources have been further emphasized by Environment activists and global citizens demonstrators one day, before the scheduled begin of the highlighted Climate Change Conference.
