THE HIGHEST COURT UPHELD ITS RULING ON THE CONTROVERSIAL DECISION MAKING PROCESS FOR, OR AGAINST EUROPEAN UNION CITIZENS JOINED PROTEST AGAINST THE SCHEDULED G20 ECONOMIC SUMMIT IN THE CITY OF HAMBURG.



     The Highest Court upheld its ruling on the controversial decision making process that required the Highest Court final decision on whether the European Union citizens scheduled unified citizens protest by demonstration against the scheduled G20 Summit Meeting scheduled for the second week of July and specifically on the eighth of the month of July in the Year two thousand and seventeen with the verdict of guilty against Germany's and European Union citizens demonstrators and as violation specified by the Highest Court, despite citizens protest against the Highest decision as violation of Germany's and European Union citizens Constitutional and Civil Rights within the Democratic Republic of Germany and in the Eurozone countries. The scheduled G20 Summit Meeting will be held in Germany's city of Hamburg and would be attended by the leaders of the World's most powerful and leading countries economically financially and with the countries that may be described as the most industrialized countries of this World. Few of the many World's leaders that have been invited entailed the President of the United States of America Donald Trump Russian President Vladimir Putin China's President Xi Jingping Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel Britain's Prime Minister Theresa May Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abbey Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and other World's leaders from the European Union countries East European countries Australia the far East Asian countries the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries. Major significant global issues that will have both direct and indirect impact on the economic potential  financial stability industrial expansion and Environmental Protection issues of many countries and their citizens, if left unresolved by leaders of the World's major countries as the USA Russia and European Union countries, despite the scheduled joined European Union citizens protest and demonstration in the city of Hamburg which too has been intended to demonstrate Germany's European Union countries global issues such as the trade agreements problems such as the current problems in the signature and implementation of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership Agreement between the USA and European Union countries, besides the Comprehensive European Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union countries which their success, or failure with the projected negative impact, or consequences on few European Union countries and their citizens could become indispensable, if the negative points on the trade agreement so far signed by the World leaders were to be left uncorrected, or unresolved. Other major global issues that required global approach and global solution entailed the Environmental Protection issues with the requirement for smart approach toward solution of these global issues as the Environmental Protection issues and measures against the projected consequences as pollution of the atmosphere in Ozone layer enlargement, or expansion and Global Warming natural habitats destruction natural catastrophes formation and extinction of various species.
