EU LEADERS WHICH INCLUDED THE LEADER OF THE EXITING EU COUNTRY OF BRITAIN CONVENED IN THE TWO DAYS MEETING BEING HELD AT THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT IN BRUSSELS FOR THE DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO THE WIDE RANGE ISSUES THAT ENTAILED DEFENSE SECURITY AND THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM.

      European Union leaders which included the leader of the exiting EU member country of Britain convened in the European Union Parliament in Brussels on the two days meeting  that has been expected to discuss and resolve major significant issues on the European Union the current fight against terrorism and the requirement for a unified EU defense policy with a central command center in one of the European Union twenty seven capital cities of which three EU favorite capital cities for the EU High Command Center has been mentioned earlier as Parish the capital city of France Berlin the capital city of Germany and one of Northern Europe's capital cities which could be Stockholm the capital city of Sweden . Relocation of few of European Union significant office from London the capital city of EU exiting member country of Britain to one of EU major financial and businesses capital cities as the city of Frankfurt of Germany which has been recognized as the World's second major financial  and business center to the United Kingdom's capital city London. Other European significant office of the both governments' and the private sector  that have been described as important would be subjected to transfer from the capital city of London to other EU capital city on consent of both the EU and Britain's government. EU President Jean Claude other high rank EU officials the Prime Minister of Britain Theresa May and Chancellor Angela Merkel have been among the European leaders who attended the two days meeting at the European Union Parliament in Brussels for the transfer and possible restructure of the mentioned governments' and private sector office in the various EU member countries and in Britain. Other significant issues for discussion have been emphasized on the joint, or unified strategy for EU new defense policy security measures and businesses operation in specific operation centers, or office, specially for the better financial markets business performance trade relationship in export and import of trading materials by both the governments' corporate businesses and the private sector businesses that have been operating within the EU countries and in Britain, but may soon be separated from their favorite business locations in Britain, or in the EU twenty seven member countries as in the cities of London and Frankfurt respectively. Other World's financial business centers that have developed potential financial markets performance and increasing returns in the last few decades may be affected, if Brexit would be fully implemented without limitation, specially in the various fields that may require gradual relocation of the significant government and private sector office in both the EU and Britain. Nevertheless, Brexit became a major political issue in the EU and in Britain that has been generally accepted, or rejected as the sweet, or bitter sides of Democracy, despite its potential separating consequences being currently felt.
