GERMAN PARLIAMENT CONCLUDED ITS EXTENDED SESSIONS ON THE PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES FOR WITHDRAWAL OF GOVERNMENT'S FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE SUPPORT IN BUDGET ALLOCATION FROM POLITICAL PARTIES THAT HAVE BEEN GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS THE ENEMY, OR ENEMIES OF THE CONSTITUTION.

     German Parliament concluded its extended sessions on Parliamentary debates for withdrawal of government's financial assistance support in budget allocation from political parties that have been generally described as enemies of the Constitution in the Democratic Republic of Germany, although the statement for being an enemy of the Constitution has not been fully explained, or scientifically defined. Few right wing and left wing political parties as the National Democratic Party of Germany (NDP) which has been generally referred to as the Neo-Nazi Political Party with, or without the actual New Nazi members in the political party have been among the very few political parties in the Democratic Republic of Germany that have been generally described as the enemies of the Constitution in the Democratic Republic of Germany that should be banned from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany, despite the controversy on the extend of extremism of the right wing and left wing political parties that should be described as the enemies of the Constitution, whether in Germany the European Union countries the Eurozone countries and other countries of the World in which extremism has not been fully defined and contained. However, both right wing and left wing political parties of Germany, particularly the left wing political party of Germany that has been referred to as the Linke has fortunately not suffered domestic and International criticism on the undefined extend of extremism of both the right wing and left wing political parties of the Democratic Republic of Germany as the National Democratic Party of Germany (NDP) the Neo-Nazi and the left wing political party, or the Linke that should deserve the label of dangerous extremism and should be banned from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany be subjected to government's financial assistance in budget allocation withdrawal, despite the controversy on the matter that has reached the Highest Court and required the Highest Court final decision on the controversial political legislative and Judiciary issues with the demand for either the ban of the political parties from political participation, or the withdrawal of government's financial assistance in budget allocation from the mentioned political parties that have been generally described as the enemies of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Germany, although much has been discussed on this Parliament's decision with emphasis on the fact whether this legislative decision should be regarded as Constitutionally correct, or a justified action of the systems of government against the right and the left wing political parties of Germany and other political parties in the EU the Eurozone countries and other countries around the World. Nevertheless, the Highest Court had repeatedly adjourned its ruling on the required final decision and later objected the demand for the ban of political parties from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany as unconstitutional, but the current demand for financial assistance withdrawal from political parties that have been generally described as enemies of the Constitution in the Democratic Republic of Germany and the European Union countries has remained pending on the Highest required final ruling for, or against the policy for financial assistance withdrawal from the right wing and left wing political parties of Germany, despite the Parliament's conclusion with overwhelming support of this controversial policy in the Democratic Republic of Germany.
