EU COUNTERPARTS ATTEMPTS TO FORMULATE UNIFIED GUN POLICY AND GUN LEGISLATION SIMILAR TO THE USA FUN CONTROL PIOLICY AND LEGISLATIONS OF THE VARIOUS STATES OF THE USA COULD FURTHER DISTORT EU BASIC CONCEPT OF FREEDOM AND UNITY AMONG ITS CITIZENS.

     Despite the conclusion of the debates on the lengthy and controversial legislative battle over The Bill that became The legislation on gun control in the various States of the United States of America earlier this Year, European Union counterparts, particularly of the Democratic Republic of Germany have introduced the debates on gun control policy in the Eurozone for a unified legislation on gun control in the EU simular to the gun control legislation in the USA various States earlier last week which could amend  Eurozone's domestic legislative guidelines on gun control policy and legislation, despite Eurozone countries attempts to formulate a unified gun control policy and legislation for the EU citizens and within various Eurozone countries and not the previous legislative guidelines of the EU and none EU Eurozone countries on gun control policy to ease frequent confrontation of EU and none EU citizens by the legislative and law enforcement measures at various ports of both EU none EU Eurozone countries, specially among Eurozone's frequent travelers that have traveled from one EU country to another EU country through various ports and by the various means of the transportation network systems from that of the air transportation network system to that of the rail road and on road transportation network systems that have been proven as fundamental requirement to the European basic concept of freedom which has been the movement of EU citizens from one EU country to another EU country without restriction as specified by the European Union Maastricht Treaty for the freedom of movement of European citizen. However, it has remained unknown, whether EU and none EU member countries would succeed in the formulation of a unified gun control policy and gun legislation to ease frequent confrontation of EU citizens at various ports which certainly violates European citizen basic concept of freedom which has ever been the freedom of movement at the various ports of the domestic EU and none EU Eurozone countries.. On the other hand EU and none EU Eurozone countries attempts to formulate, or adopt gun control policy and legislations similar to that of the USA various States couldfurther distort European Union countries basic concept of freedom and unity as these gun control policy and gun control legislations of the various States in the USA have not succeed in the accomplishment of their objectives, specially in the USA various Communities and Institutions in which frequent shoot-out between the law enforcement personn and the citizens became frequent daily, or monthly routine in the various  Communities and Institutions, despite the seemingly success of gun control policy and legislation in the USA various States.
