EU UNIFIED DEFENSE POLICY WITH THE FORMATION OF CENTRALIZED HIGH COMMAND CENTER IN ONE OF EU MAJOR CAPITAL CITIES HAS REMAINED ONE OF EUROPE'S MOST CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL ISSUES OF THE YEAR.

European Union unified defense policy with future high command center in one of Eurozone's capital cities that can be Brussels Parish Berlin, or Stockholm has remained the most controversial political issue of the Year which its discussion has been repeatedly adjourned as Britain has repeatedly objected the idea of EU unified defense policy with centralized High Command Center in one of EU major cities before during and possibly after Britain's exit from the EU membership. However, Britain's objection against a unified European Union defense policy with a centralized High Command Center could cause further contention, or at worse the foreseeable outbreak of high technology fierce battle between Britain and one of the major EU member countries, or all of the twenty seven EU member countries that have not opposed the formation of a unified defense policy with a centralized High Command Center in one of the Eurozone's major cities. Although these defense issues such as armament of EU member countries for a unified military with an additional policy for Troops increase, instead of Troops reduction and effective air to ground defense personnel with the men and women in uniform, specially those of various branches of the military such as the Navy the Air Force the Cyber Defense civil and military personnel and the Marines Corps has unfortunately remained controversial and has not been encouraged by the EU government in Brussels that oversees the implementation of the policies that requires parliamentary decision with the High Court revision first in the European Union capital city Brussels and later in the domestic member countries Parliament's as in the German Parliament the Bundestag that has not objected EU unified defense policy, but objected Germany's military involvement in foreign conflicts with armament of the German military with additional Troops, instead of Troops reduction with the revision of the Highest Court final decision, when it has been necessary to do so, specially over the disputed centralized decision making process of both the European Union government and the European Union Parliament in Brussels. In other words the domestic EU governments with strengthen parliamentary decision making authority on the decision making process of controversial issues as the formation of a unified defense policy with centralized High Command Center in one of European Union countries may not be reduced by the major Parliamentary authority in Brussels, due to strengthen Parliamentary authority of EU Main Parliament and the military muscles that accompanies the authority, if Britain were to impose its objection against the twenty seven European Union member countries from outside and not from within the EU, after the official exit of Britain from EU which remains unthinkable to imagine by many EU countries with Britain's absence from EU common market and the future unified defense policy with centralized High Command Center in one of EU member countries.
