THE USA DECLINE IN THE POPULATION GROWTH RATE MARGIN COMPARED TO SOME COUNTRIES, PARTICULARLY IN EUROPE HAS REMAINED LARGER.

The USA Census bureau released new figures of 308.7 million for the year 2010 census that revealed population buzz of 8.7 million compared to the year 2000 census in the USA. However, this increased in number revealed a decrease of about 3.5% in the population growth rate in the USA over ten years period which has still been larger, when compared to many European countries facing depopulation problem that may require resettlement of about 200, 000 people annually from other countries to compensate for the domestic population decline for the countries to keep up with the needed skilled and unskilled labor force in their competitive growing economies.
