EARLY WINTER SEASON EXTREME LOW TEMPERATURES IN EUROPE AND IN THE USA.

Early Winter season extreme freezing temperatures have been reported in countries with Temperate and Subtemperate types of climates as in Europe, the USA and other parts a round the world.
In Europe a lone temperatures of about minus twenty degrees (-20) centigrade, or less have been attributed to the massive snow accumulation in the most Northern European countries which further resulted in power outage and a disabled means of transportation that caused chaos over the last weekend. In the Northern and the Southern States of USA temperatures of minus, zero to 19 degrees fahrenheit have been recorded as early Winter season extreme temperatures that resulted in several flights cancelation in many States of USA.
