THE IRONY IN THE DISTURBED RELATION BETWEEN THE GENERAL ECONOMIC GROWTH AND PROSPERITY IN COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF ECONOMIC POLICIES AND SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENTS.

Economic growth and prosperity, although they have been related, it has not been so in many countries with thesame types of economic and wealth distribution policies , retention, or saving policies as in the globalized commerce and the market economy, besides the Capitalistic, Socialist, Conservative, Theocratic, communist, or liberal economic policies. The irony in the disturbed relation between the general economic growth and prosperity seem to lie in the accountability policies of the various types of systems.
These variations observed in the class differences and standards of living have been attributed to systems guide lines, or regulations and control that have had various economic and political impact on the lives of citizens in many countries with different types of systems of governments.
