THE OUTBREAK OF EARLY WINTER SEASON LOW TEMPERATURES IN MOSTLY THE THE WARMER SOUTHERN STATES OF THE USA AND THE OUTDOOR NIGHT SLEEP.

Outdoor sleeping in over crowded shelters with poor ventilation and heating systems has not been recommended, due to the outbreak of early Winter season extreme low temperatures in the relatively warmer Southern States of USA in general and in atlanta Georgia in particular.
However, those who may have ventured out during extreme low temperatures measured fifteenand nineteen degress fahrenheit for various reasons which entails the need for fresh air,due to poor ventilation systems, or just the wild venture of others to fulfill their desire for Winter season extreme low temperatures have had it rough in the last three days in the mostly warmer Southern States of USA. Water bottles had frozen in ti slod ice in well tied double bags. Few people ran a way from the cold in the last three days. Some could not sleep at night, while the other with sleeping bagas managed to flicker their eyes in the morning.
