RESEARCH STUDIES ON SPENDING BEHAVIOR OF LOW INCOME EARNERS AND SOCIAL BENEFIT RECIPIENTS RESUED SOCIAL BENEFIT RECIPIENTS FROM GOVERNMENTS RECENT POLICIES AND PLANS ON TIGHTENED BANK REGULATIONS AND MONEY CONTROL.

Researches on spending behavior of low income earners and social benefit recipients based on markets and consumers studies in Europe and the USA rescued social benefit recipients from governments recent strict policies and plans on tightened bank regulations and money control intended to recover the major economies from the current slow economic recovery and the economy downtrend of the decade. The reseachers concluded their results on social benefit recipients spending behavior as market friendly and economically. Over eighty to ninety percent of the money given out in social benefits have been used by recipients to stimulate domestic retail markets to the top, while keeping high demand and efficiency on domestic currencies. this has resulted in the cancelation of governments plans for social benefit cuts on awider range, specially of recipients who may have found minimum wage jobs with an overall income of around a thousand euros.
