THE HIGH COURTS DECISION IN BOTH GERMANY AND IN EUROPE FOR THE RIGHTS OF HUMANS AND NOT AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF HUMANS TO END THEIR LIVES MAY UNDERMINE THE EFFORT CURRENTLY BEING MADE FOR THE PROTECTION OF VARIOUS FORMS OF LIVES AND THE ELEVIATION OF SUFFERING.

Highlights on current controversial issues, particularly about the rights of humans to make the decision for the choice to end their lives in Germany in specific and the whole of Europe in general has not been an issue exclusive to Europeans alone, but rather for all the humans and other living things that exists in this world and their existence in our world may be Humanbeings concern.

The high courts decision in both Germany and in Europe for and not against the rights of humans to make the decision that will end their lives, or simply in other words to commit suicide, or let others kill them will undermine various fields of work and organizations concern and intervention for the protection of humans and other living things lives. The effort currently being made in various fields of work such as in the fields of medicine, legislative guidance offices, Humanrights and Humane Organizations for the eleviation of humans and other living things suffering and death, particularly that of animals may deteriorate over time as a result, or consequence of the decision that has been made general and public with no exceptions.
