DESPITE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES TIGHTENED REGULATIONS TOWARDS THE CREATION OF PERMANENT ECONOMIC STABILITY AND FINANCIAL SECURITY, CHILD BIRTH ENCOURAGEMENT HAS LOOSEN THE TIGHTENED REGULATIONS ON COUPLES AND CERTAIN FAMILIES.

Despite the tightened regulations towards the creation of permanent economic stability and financial security in all the European Union sixteen member countries by budget deficit reduction, loans payment, the raised retirement age in some of the European Union member countries, other European countries have loosen the tightened regulations on couples and families in the effort being exerted to encourage the increase in child birth rate in some European countries. The effort mentioned entailed the legislative guided increase in the maternity leave and the increase in the amount of money for child benefit support for the couples and families with more than two, or three children in the household.
