THE REQUEST FOR CHANGE AGAINST ILLEGALE IMMIGRANTS CHILDREN RIGHTS TO USA CITIZENSHIP BY BIRTH HAS REMAINED CONTROVERSIAL AS IT HAS BEEN A SENSITIVE ISSUE IN MANY USA COURTS.

Despite the USA government tougher measures at the USA ports and the fortification of the borders against illegale border crossing by Drones, Satellites and high-tec equipments, besides the additional Troops deployment to the South West border to prevent the influx of illegale immigrants to USA, Anti-illegale immigrants groups demand for reamendment of the fourteen (14th) Amendment that quarantees individual rights to the USA citizenship by either the naturalization process, or by birth rights to the USA citizenship has remained controversial as it has been a sensitive issue in many USA courts, except for the decision of the Supreme court that may be scheduled for the January session next year at the time when the European countries have opened doors for new immigrants to Europe and for the recognition of the illegale immigrants who may have stayed illegale in Europe for many years.
