POLICY MAKING DIFFERENCES AMONG THE MAJOR AND MINOR POLITICAL PARTIES OVER COALITION FORMATION MAY REQUIRE THE HIGHEST COURT DECISION, DESPITE HIGHEST COURT PREVIOUS RULING ON SIMILAR POLITICAL ISSUE.

Policy making differences among Germany's major and minor political parties over coalition formation among the major and minor political parties that comprised of the ruling Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) the alternate ruling Social Democratic Party (SPD) and other political parties as the Green Party (GP) the Alternative For Deutschland Political Party (AFD) the Free Democratic Political Party (FDP) the Linke, or the Left Wing Political Party may require the Highest Court final decision on the controversial policy making differences among the political parties that has escalated in to political dispute over inclusion and exclusion of certain political parties from coalition formation and cabinet membership for the required decision making process on the various and variet political issues currently facing both the major, the minor political parties and the States which entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen in the Democratic Republic of Germany, specially over policy making differences that has escalated to policy dispute, despite the Highest Court ruling on similar political issue over a year ago. The Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany Angela Merkel and the leader of the ruling Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) reaffirmed the cabinet members and various political parties members of her objection to major political parties coalition formation with Germany's two political parties the Linke, or Germany's Left Wing Political Party and the Alternative for Deutchland Political Party (AFD) which certainly means exclusion from cabinet membership and the final decision making on various political issues, except for Parliamentary participation and possibly decision making participation on certain political issues within the States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. Reason for the Chancellor objection to the major political parties coalition formation with the specified two political parties has been generally described as the policies and policy making differences of the two mentioned political parties that have been claimed as similar to that of Germany's right wing political party which many political parties Institutions and citizens in the various States of Germany have repeatedly sought their ban from policy making and the required decision making process in the various States of Democratic Republic of Germany, despite the Highest Court ruling of the previous year on the controversial policy for the ban of Germany's right wing political party with suspectEd persons from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany as unconstitutional and violates both the country's Constitution and citizens Constitutional rights in all the States of Germany which entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. However, nothing has been so far said about the Chancellor objection to major political parties coalition formation with the two mentioned political parties the Linke Political Party, or Germany's Left Wing Political Party and the new party the Alternative for Deutschland Political Party.
