THE INDICTMENT PROCESS AGAINST NEO-NAZI SUSPECTS HAS BEEN CONCLUDED WITH TOUGHER LEGISLATIVE MEASURES AND PENALTIES OF FOUR TO EIGHT YEARS IMPRISONMENT.

   The indictment process against eight suspected Neo-Nazi rebels and collaborators has been concluded in Germany's regional court with tougher legislative measures in penalties that may exceed four to eight years imprisonment, besides the concern about the total ban on the charged suspects from political participation in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, despite the Highest Court required final ruling of the previous year on the case that demanded immediate and total ban on Neo-Nazi suspects and collaborators from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany. Investigators on Neo-Nazi cases and the extended attempts of terrorism against Germany's and European Union major cities have raised many questions about the claims of the group members for being terrorists, despite their arrested leader statement, or rather claim for being the leader of the  new Neo-Nazi Movement known as Freistall which apparently means a stable for freedom, or the Movement for the freedom of the German people from the unknown and seemingly unspecified oppression which the leader of the New Nazi Movement who had constantly covered his face from cameras during the court's hearing and repeatedly declined to reveal his facial features name and the purpose of his Movement which has surprising attracted the domestic and International media attention. Other media sources may have speculated on the origin of the name which may have mentioned as Josefstal, instead of Freistal. However, Investigators reports on the claimed leader of Freistal, instead of Josefstal historical professional and financial background has revealed disputed facts about the young German leadership role for, or against the freedom of the German people at the best time of the system political stability better economic performance adequate social security system and more financial freedom for the citizens. Although other similar reports claimed that the young leasfer of Freistal Movement had been a new Nazi-Nazi member and defector.
