EUROPEAN UNION HIGHEST COURT VERDICT OF GUILTY AGAINST VIOLATION OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH COULD FURTHER STRAIN TURKEY MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION.

    European Union Highest Court final verdict against Turkey government for violating the freedom of speech by the arrest of journalists with the demand of the Highest Court Judges and legislators for the release of the journalists could further strain Turkey government repeated failed attempts for membership in the EU, if Turkey continues to set lower records of demands with the extended defiance against EU regulations for EU membership, despite Turkey government compliance with EU Highest Court demand for freedom of speech in Turkey with the release of the journalists that have been arrested for extended coverage on Human Rights and freedom of speech violation in Turkey's various regions since half a decade years ago . Nevertheless, much has been done and is still being done by Germany and other Eu countries for Turkey membership reconsideration in the EU, after repeated failed attempts by Turkey numbered three in the various domestic and International media. Few of the mentioned significant requirements for membership in the EU that should be fulfilled by the domestic Eurozone countries and the International members entailed adequate infrastructure to support qualification for membership in the EU, besides the mentioned requirement for security and safety against terrorists attacks other safety and defense issues such as adequate immigration legislation for safe border crossing between the domestic EU member countries the Eurozone countries and foreign countries beyond EU countries in to Turkey, specially after the failed agreement for visa free travel between Germany and Turkey late last year. Turkey defense capability with frequent involvement in domestic and foreign wars without the USA government permission, or the passage of the United Nations resolution for use of military force as an alternative measure for peace in the region, despite Turkey membership in the NATO has remained a major defense issue that required Parliamentary debate, despite Turkey government claims for involvement in the wars of the region as part of the US and NATO Alliance Members for the war against terrorism in the region and in many parts of this World.
