THE DEMAND FOR MUSLIMS RIGHTS WITH FAIR TREATMENT OF ISLAMIC FUNDAMENTALISTS IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLUC OF GERMANY HAS BEEN FURTHER STRAINED, AFTER THE INTERIOR MINISTER STATEMENT.

   The demand for Muslims rights with fair treatment of Islamic Fundamentalists in the Democratic Republic has been further strained, after the newly appointed Interior Minister Seahofer statement on Islamic position and Muslims rights in the Democratic Republic of Germany which he demanded and insisted on his demand with clarity that Islam and Muslims should neither have any position, nor rights in the Democratic Republic of Germany respectively, despite the controversy on the Interior Minister statement with regard to the government's current policy making on Muslims and Islamic rights in the Democratic Republic of Germany which the Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel further emphasized upon as Constitutional support of diverse religious tolerance of which Islamic Fundamentalists tolerance with Muslims rights in the Democratic Republic of Germany have not been the exceptional, except for those few Islamic Fundamentalists, or generally Muslims that have been listed as terrorists collaborators, or suspects currently residing in Germany, or other European Union countries. Nevertheless, Legislative and Human rights lawyers, or advocates for Muslims and Islamic rights in Germany's two States of North Rhein West fallen and Hamburg may pursue their legislative and Human rights struggle for implementation of Muslims basic rights in the two mentioned States of the Democratic Republic of Germany. Few of the mentioned basic rights claimed to have been denied, or deprived of free religious practice entailed observation of Islamic calendar and holidays in Islamic schools of the mentioned States by Muslims in their schools, besides the government refusal for an unauthorized changes of curriculum in Islamic schools within Germany with circumcision of children that are German citizens born of Immigrants refugees, or asylum seekers parents that are Muslims, or parents with Islamic religion and other similar religious influence background in the Democratic Republic if Germany. Parliamentary debates on Islam and Muslims basic rights in Germany's various States, except in the mentioned two States of North Rhein West fallen intended for policy making on Muslims basic rights to religious and traditional practices as the circumcision of Muslim children that are German nationals with the enacted legislations for, or against Islamic Religion and Islamic customs practice in that various States of Germany have frequently vanished from Parliamentary debates and policy making discussion without conclusion, despite the seriousness on the political issue for policy making with regard to Islam and Muslims rights in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen. Although Islam and Muslim rights in Germany have not been part of the Executive the new coalition government and cabinet members mandates rising insecurity attributed to frequent terror attempts and terror attacks in the major European cities with the current wars against terrorism have frequently indicated the requirement for policy making on Islam and Muslims rights in the various European Union countries.
