of older ones in the the various states of USA to accomplish the objective for road accidents reduction in the various States, or prevent the relatively increasing  automotive vehicles crashes rates and Pedestrians road accidents that have been generalized as increasing, despite the measures taken to reduce road accidents in the USA, particularly on the Highways and other roads.
