GROWING CONCERN ABOUT FAILURE OF SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENTS TO RESOLVE GLOBAL PROBLEMS, DUE TO DISCOURAGING POLICIES AND LACK OF COMPROMISE AMONG THE MAJOR AND MINOR DEVELOPED, OR DEVELOPING NATIONS OF THIS WORLD.

    Growing global anxiety and concern attributed to global failure of systems of governments of both the major and minor developed and developing countries of this World to reach compromise on major and minor, but significant global issues as the requirement for a unified agreement on many issues that requires global concern and attention with possible solution as the Environmental Protection issue and other global security issues that demands collective approach by joint discussion and formulation of unified policies and scientific approach to global problems solution has unfortunately remained issues that have easily gone off the ways of many countries, particularly of the major and developed with the developing countries of this World, despite continues effort by Organizations and few governments that have attempted to ease the difficulties and obstacles looked down upon by many individuals and countries that denounces global approach to problems solution as means that undermines undefined and less understood independency and sovereignty of individual and nations. The Environmental Protection concern and other significant global issues that requires collective solutions have reflected the World's new threat of individualism that emerges from the people and systems of governments in the never ending scramble for self reliance independency and sovereignty on issues that requires global approach as the uncontrolled natural catastrophes attributed to changes in Climate and the Environment, or other man made issues as the fear, or anxiety caused by projection made on  global securities and other issues that requires global attention and collective approach for possible solution as the recent fear on the projection made about the collapse of the World's dominant monetary financial and economic system the World's Capitalism said to have been overstressed by global demands for huge accumulation of wealth cash money and all the valuable items in this World that could be sold, or traded for in the domestic and World's free market economies, specially in the countries in which other natural issues, or things on which money should have  remained of less significant have been unfortunately overwhelmed by financial interest and other benefits and services that have had and continue to have immediate impact on humans daily lives anywhere in the World, whether in the developed, or the developing countries of this World with relatively less, or more benefits, or consequences. Few of the many issues that reveals global concern on individualism and against the unified objectives and projects accomplishment in global approach and problems solution on many issues entailed the current difficulties in accomplishing many global, or unified projects as the Environmental Protection Projects in the sought for a unified global solution on Global Warming by unified implementation of policies and financial assistance projects, or by a unified global energy policy for better Environment by changes in individual nations energy policy which has been regarded an obstacles by many governments companies and Organization toward the accomplishment of their global financial and services benefits that outweighs Environmental Protection and other global security issues as the concern for pollution free and Environment friendly World less unpredictable occurrence of dangerous Natural Catastrophes and other global security concern, or other issues as the fear for financial collapse economic downtrend for the eventual collapse of Capitalism. The requirement for compromise on many global issues has been emphasized as extremely significant for all the countries of this World, despite their leading, or dominant role in the current global issues that means advantage for some countries, while for other countries it could mean the means for the bigger stick for sovereignty, or independency and dominance with the power to control global wealth capabilities peace, or war and the overall dominance in everything that may be material, substance, or a living creature, or soul. These power traits issues has revealed the bad signs that reveals negative aspects of human's past and current traits that may be of modern civilization, power sovereignty the race for global control by arms race, rather than the requirement for the battle against diseases poverty hunger illiteracy and the rebel movements that have done much harm than good to its inhabitants. Besides the demand for revivable of global treaties with the ban on weapons of mass destruction as the ban on the long range ballistic and Continental missiles with the revival of the None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty at global level.
