CITIZENS CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION CONTINUES TO SPREAD IN USA VARIOUS STATES, AFTER THE PRESIDENT DECLARED THE BAN ON TRANSGENDER PRACTICE IN THE USA MILITARY.

   Citizens civil indiscipline by protest and demonstration continues to spread in USA various States, after President Donald Trump declared the ban on transgender practice in the USA military. Many citizens have demonstrated against the President's decision for total ban on transgender practice as violation of USA citizens basic rights to exercise freedom, when in service for their country. USA Department of Defense the Pentagon has remained silent along with the Defense Secretary Mathis who seemed to have looked out of the President's intention for total ban on transgender practice in the USA military, after the President has been informed about the progress in transgender practice in the USA military and that over one million three hundred thousand of the USA military men and women in the service of the country have been registered and are indeed transgender persons in uniform  that have been recently made known to the military personnel responsible and to the high rank Generals and leaders in the USA. However, the ban on transgender in the USA military may require lengthy decision making process on the President's decision for the ban on transgender practice in the USA military which according to many responsible personnel has been described as rather drastic decision that may require more than the President's decision with the White House and the USA defense Department the Pentagon for the required joined, or collective decision making on the transgender issue, but rather would require the decision of all the branches of governments as the Executive the Legislative and the Judiciary branch that would be regarded as guidance and perhaps the final decision on the controversial political and medical issue of transgender in the USA military. Many USA Generals and high rank USA military Doctors along with civilian Doctors have generally opposed the President's decision for the ban on transgender in the USA military as violation of individual rights to sex preference in the USA military. Higher cost of transgender operation and other services may not have been the reason, or one of the reasons for the President's decision for the ban on transgender in the USA military, but rather the diminishing values and standards of discipline in what has been generally described as conventional military training that requires much physical strength and mental health, besides self preparedness for training and possible combat, when it has been declared necessary to do so by the action of those many highly trained military personnel with those many men and women in the service of the defense of the country at home and in the foreign countries during peaceful and in war time, when the country has been obligated, or forced by conditions to wage war against other countries.
